Terms of Use

Uprisen Antraajaal CMS is part of Uprisen Antraajaal Private Limited.

The terms for using our digital signage platform, media tools and connected services.

Effective .

01About these terms

These Terms of Use govern access to Uprisen Antraajaal CMS, its website, dashboard, players and related services provided by Uprisen Antraajaal Private Limited ("we", "us", "our"). "You" means the customer or organization using the service and, where relevant, its authorized users.

You must have legal capacity to enter this agreement. If you accept for an organization, you must be authorized to bind it. Before accepting or placing an order, review these terms, the Privacy Policy and Content & Acceptable Use policy. If you do not agree, do not register for or use the service.

A separately agreed written contract or order controls a conflict concerning its specific commercial terms. Nothing in these terms overrides mandatory law or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

02The CMS service

The CMS provides tools for media management, playlists, multi-zone content, screen groups, scheduling and remote display management. Availability depends on the purchased plan, player version, device capabilities and supported configuration. Android TV, Android Box, Tizen OS, webOS and Windows Player may differ in supported functions.

Check compatibility and test your intended content before deployment. A feature shown in a preview, beta or development test is not a commitment that it is available in your production plan. No uptime guarantee, dedicated support response time or custom development commitment applies unless expressly agreed in writing.

03Accounts & security

Provide accurate account details, keep contact information current and limit access to authorized people. Keep passwords and recovery information private. We recommend enabling two-step verification wherever available. Notify support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

You are responsible for managing your authorized users, connected players and access permissions. You must not access another customer's account, bypass security controls or share access in a way that breaches your plan. These responsibilities do not remove our own security or legal obligations.

If you obtain the service through a reseller, check who supplies support, licenses and billing. A reseller may manage access within the permissions granted to it; reseller branding does not exempt users from our acceptable-use rules.

Report and recover access

If you suspect a compromised account or player, contact support with the affected account or device reference, revoke access where possible and stop unsafe playback locally. We may verify your authority before changing access, releasing account information or acting on a deletion request. Never send passwords, two-step verification codes or recovery codes by email.

04Your content & permissions

You retain your rights in content you upload or create. You must own it or have sufficient permission to upload, import, convert, store, transmit and publicly display it, including any music, fonts, trademarks, personal information or stock assets it contains.

You grant us a non-exclusive permission to host, copy, process, format, convert and deliver your content solely as reasonably necessary to operate the service you request, maintain its security and comply with law. This permission does not transfer ownership or authorize unrelated advertising use or sale of your content. Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for reviewing accuracy, licensing, audience suitability and publication settings. Removing content from the cloud may not immediately remove cached copies from an offline player. Keep source-file backups and arrange removal from devices you control when required.

Processing and display rights

Operating the service may involve generating thumbnails, transcoding supported media and delivering cached copies to your authorized players through service providers acting for us. The permission above is limited to those service purposes and applicable retention obligations. A license to use an image in an editor does not necessarily include music rights, commercial signage use or redistribution of the underlying asset.

05Acceptable use

The Content & Acceptable Use policy forms part of these terms. Do not upload, import, link to or display nudity, sexually explicit content, child exploitation material, hateful or unlawful content, privacy violations, infringing material, phishing or malware. Do not interfere with the service or evade quotas, security checks or access restrictions.

Customers are responsible for their content and publication decisions. Hosting or processing material is not our endorsement of it. File validation and malware scanning are not legal, copyright or audience-suitability approval and cannot guarantee detection of every threat or prohibited item. We do not exclude responsibility for our own acts or duties imposed by law.

06Third-party apps & design tools

Optional services such as Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, Canva, Adobe Express and media providers may require separate accounts, consent, licenses or subscriptions. Their availability, permissions and features are controlled in part by those providers. A provider mentioned here is not necessarily enabled for every account.

When available, the Adobe Express integration lets you create content in an embedded editor and send a selected export to the CMS upload queue. It is not a browser of all existing Adobe designs. Adobe's terms, privacy rules and asset-license restrictions apply to use of Adobe services. Premium entitlements and public-display rights are not included merely because an export or import succeeds.

Review each import before saving or publishing. Imported copies may remain in your CMS library after you disconnect a provider; disconnecting does not automatically delete them or cached screen copies. Provider changes, revoked permissions or outages can interrupt integrations. We do not guarantee permanent access to third-party functionality.

Authorization and imported copies

Only connect cloud accounts you are entitled to use and review the permissions requested by each provider. You may revoke access through the provider's account settings; existing CMS copies must be managed separately. An import may fail because of an expired authorization, file permissions, format restrictions, size limits or provider quotas. Rejected files are not guaranteed to be recoverable from the CMS, so retain originals.

Third-party charges are separate from CMS fees unless your order expressly says otherwise. We do not grant ownership of third-party templates, stock assets or generated content. You remain responsible for checking their applicable license and reviewing generated content before use.

07Plans, billing & cancellation

Your accepted order, checkout or written agreement must specify applicable fees, taxes, license counts, subscription period, renewal conditions and any trial limits. Hardware bundles and reseller offers apply only as documented in the relevant order. No free period, automatic renewal or unlimited usage is promised by these terms alone.

Any recurring billing must be disclosed and authorized before charging. Cancellation, refunds and changes are governed by the terms disclosed when you purchase, any separately agreed contract and applicable law. These terms do not impose a blanket no-refund rule or remove statutory remedies.

Contact your billing provider or our support team for cancellation, invoice disputes or plan questions. We may restrict service for overdue undisputed fees after appropriate notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue, subject to the applicable contract and law.

08Playback & operational limits

You are responsible for selecting the correct screens, orientation, zones, content and schedule times, and for checking the result on your devices. Maintain suitable power, storage, connectivity and player software. Cached supported content may play offline, but live websites, feeds and third-party widgets may require internet access.

Remote commands, deletion, schedule changes and emergency updates may not reach offline devices immediately. Keep an appropriate local procedure for stopping a display. The CMS is not a substitute for certified emergency, medical or other safety-critical notification systems.

09Platform ownership

We and our licensors retain ownership of the CMS software, branding and documentation. Your subscription gives you permission to use the service for its intended purpose within your plan; it does not transfer ownership of the platform.

Do not copy, sell or redistribute our software or branding without permission, or remove ownership notices. Restrictions on reverse engineering apply only to the extent permitted by law and do not override rights under applicable open-source licenses. Your own content rights remain yours.

10Availability & liability

We use reasonable care in providing the service, but networks, devices, maintenance and third-party systems can cause delays, errors or interruptions. Except for commitments expressly agreed in writing or required by law, we do not promise uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every device, or that the service will meet every particular purpose.

Responsibility for a claim depends on applicable law, causation and any valid written agreement. These terms do not set a financial liability cap or a blanket exclusion of liability. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, deliberate wrongdoing or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or removes mandatory consumer remedies.

Take reasonable steps to reduce disruption, including keeping backups and testing content. You are not required to waive legal rights to report a fault or request a remedy.

Maintenance and incident handling

Maintenance, security updates or urgent incident response may temporarily restrict uploads, access or publishing. We will communicate material service impacts where reasonably practicable. Recovery time depends on the incident and any agreed support or service-level terms; a support request does not by itself create a guaranteed resolution deadline.

11Suspension & ending service

We may restrict content or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address a material breach, security threat, unlawful activity, non-payment under the applicable agreement, or a legal requirement. Where practicable and lawful, we will explain the issue and allow an opportunity to resolve it; urgent protective action may be taken first.

You may stop using the service and request account closure through support, subject to any applicable payment or cancellation obligations. Request copies of needed content before closure. Retention and deletion follow the Privacy Policy, applicable law and any agreed retention terms; do not assume indefinite storage after service ends.

Ending service does not automatically stop offline playback or remove device caches. Any provisions that by their nature need to survive termination, including accrued payment obligations, ownership and applicable legal rights, continue to apply.

Before closing an account

Review active schedules, disconnect integrations you no longer need, retain your source media and arrange removal of content from devices under your control. Account closure and cancellation of a paid subscription may require separate steps under your order or reseller agreement. Ask support to confirm outstanding charges, access end dates and the applicable deletion process. Legal, security or backup retention may prevent immediate removal of every record, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

12Changes, concerns & contact

The effective date of these terms is stated above. We will communicate material changes through appropriate account or service notices and obtain fresh agreement where required. Changes will not retrospectively remove accrued rights.

For service questions, billing issues or concerns about these terms, contact support@uprisenantraajaalcms.com. For privacy or deletion requests, contact privacy@uprisenantraajaalcms.com. Do not include passwords or verification codes.

We encourage contacting support to resolve disputes, without restricting your right to approach a competent authority or court. No exclusive court venue or mandatory arbitration procedure is established by these terms.
