01 Who these rules cover
These content rules apply to customers, authorized users, administrators, agencies and resellers using Uprisen Antraajaal CMS. They cover uploads, cloud imports, linked content, playlists, mosaic zones, schedules, screen groups and material delivered to connected displays.
Customers must ensure their authorized users follow these rules. Resellers and agencies must communicate them to the customers whose accounts they manage. Reseller branding does not create an exception to the platform's content restrictions.
02 Your content, your responsibility
You are responsible for the content you upload, import, link, schedule or display through the CMS. This includes the content's lawfulness, accuracy, rights and permissions, and suitability for the intended venue and audience.
- Own the content or obtain the licenses and permissions needed to store, reproduce and publicly display it, including music, video, images, trademarks and third-party feeds.
- Obtain the necessary authority before using someone's likeness, personal information, confidential documents or customer records.
- Check advertisements, offers and claims before publication, and follow the laws and venue requirements that apply to the content and display location.
- Review the correct screen, group, orientation, dates and playlist before publishing. Remove or replace content that becomes outdated, unauthorized or inappropriate.
An image found online, a file selected from Google Drive, or an asset supplied by a customer does not automatically carry permission for commercial or public display.
03 Prohibited content & conduct
Do not upload, import, store, link to, schedule, transmit or display the following through the CMS, whether the material is real, edited or generated using AI:
- Nudity & sexual content
- Nude or partially nude depictions exposing intimate body areas, pornography, sexually explicit acts, or content promoting sexual exploitation. This platform restriction applies even if you believe the material may be lawful elsewhere.
- Child exploitation
- Child sexual abuse or exploitation material, sexualized depictions of minors, grooming, or material that encourages harm to a child. Such content is strictly prohibited.
- Abuse & privacy violations
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, threats, stalking, harassment, exposure of private information without authority, or unlawful impersonation.
- Violence & hatred
- Content that incites violence, promotes terrorism or violent extremism, or encourages hatred or abuse against people based on protected characteristics.
- Infringement & deception
- Copyright or trademark infringement, defamatory material, scams, fraudulent offers, deceptive impersonation or advertisements that violate applicable law.
- Malicious or unlawful use
- Malware, phishing, credential theft, unauthorized access, attempts to bypass security or upload restrictions, or other content or activity prohibited by applicable law.
Do not disguise a file type, split or encode prohibited material, use external links, or change accounts to evade these rules or a restriction.
04 Account & screen security
Enable two-step verification. The CMS supports it, and we strongly recommend it for every user, particularly administrators and resellers. Check your account's security settings and complete the available setup, or contact support for help.
Use strong, unique passwords; protect verification devices and codes; avoid shared credentials; and give users only the permissions they need. Remove access when a staff member, agency or reseller no longer needs it.
Secure your players, networks and physical displays. If unexpected content appears, use available controls to stop it and contact support promptly. Where safe, stop playback locally or disconnect the affected display while investigating. Disconnecting the internet alone may not stop content already cached for offline playback.
Two-step verification is an additional safeguard, not a guarantee against compromise. These recommendations do not remove our own security or legal responsibilities.
05 Our role & limits
Uprisen Antraajaal CMS provides tools for storing, managing and delivering customer-selected content. Merely hosting or transmitting a file does not mean Uprisen Antraajaal Private Limited created, approved or endorsed it.
Do not rely on the CMS to approve your content before publication. A successful upload, file-type check or malware scan is not a review for nudity, copyright, privacy, advertising compliance or audience suitability. We do not promise that every prohibited item will be detected or blocked automatically.
Customers remain responsible for their own unlawful or unauthorized content and publication decisions. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Uprisen Antraajaal Private Limited is not responsible for customer-created or customer-selected content solely because it is stored or transmitted using the CMS.
This is not a blanket exclusion of liability. It does not exclude responsibility for our own acts or omissions where the law imposes it, waive anyone's non-excludable rights, or remove applicable duties concerning security, reporting, evidence preservation or content removal.
06 Restrictions & removal
Where we reasonably believe content or an account violates these rules, threatens safety or security, or must be restricted by law, we may restrict uploads or publishing, disable access to or remove the relevant material, or suspend or terminate access to the affected account, subject to applicable law and service terms.
Urgent action may be taken before notice when needed to address harm, protect the service or comply with law. Where permitted and appropriate, we will explain the restriction and provide a way to request review. Applicable statutory deadlines and reporting duties take priority over this general process.
We may preserve relevant records and respond to valid legal requests, and report suspected offences where required by law. Information handling remains subject to the Privacy Policy, including its limits on Google-data access and disclosure.
Cloud removal or account suspension may not immediately erase content from an offline player or stop its cached playback. Customers must assist with stopping local playback and removing copies from displays they control when required.
07 Report a concern
Report suspected prohibited content, infringement or unauthorized screen activity to support@uprisenantraajaalcms.com. Include a safe content reference, account or screen identifier if known, when and where you encountered it, a brief explanation, and a way to contact you.
Do not download, attach or forward illegal sexual material or intimate imagery to make a report. Provide a reference or description instead. Do not send passwords, verification codes or access tokens. We may ask for limited additional information through an appropriate channel.
If you believe a restriction was applied incorrectly, use the same contact with the relevant notice or reference and your explanation. Do not re-upload the disputed material to evade a restriction. Nothing here limits an available statutory complaint or appeal route.
For immediate danger or an emergency, contact the relevant emergency or law-enforcement service rather than relying on email support.
08 Privacy & legal rights
The Privacy Policy explains how account information, media, connected Google data and reports are handled. These content rules do not authorize unrestricted access to a customer's cloud account or the sale of personal information.
These rules address acceptable use. They do not set subscription prices, refunds, indemnities or a financial liability cap, and do not replace a separate service agreement. Applicable law and rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
