Download the APK
Open the download link provided by Uprisen support on the device browser, or copy the APK to a USB drive.
Follow the correct setup method for your screen, then pair the device code inside your Uprisen dashboard to start publishing playlists.
These checks reduce installation issues and help the player stay stable after restart.
Use this method for Android TV, Android signage boxes, digital standees and supported Android media players.
Open the download link provided by Uprisen support on the device browser, or copy the APK to a USB drive.
Go to Android Settings, Security, then allow installs from the browser or file manager you are using.
Open the APK file and choose Install. Wait until Android shows the installation completed message.
Launch Uprisen Antraajaal CMS. If the device asks for launcher selection, choose the Uprisen app for signage mode.
Copy the device code shown on the TV, open your dashboard, then use Scan QR / Add Screen to link the screen.
Select the screen, assign a playlist and publish. The TV will sync content and continue playback automatically.
Keep the TV connected to internet, disable sleep mode, keep date and time automatic, and allow the app to run after restart.
Use this method for supported commercial signage displays where Play Via can be set to Custom App.
Press the Menu button on the display remote to open the device settings.
Go to System, open Play Via, then select the Custom App option.
Press the Home button on the remote after Play Via is set to Custom App.
You will see Custom App on the home screen. On the right side, open App Management.
In App Management, put the URL provided by Uprisen Antraajaal Support and confirm it.
Click OK, then click Custom App. The player will start downloading and install automatically.
After download completes, open Custom App again to launch Uprisen Antraajaal CMS.
The player will show a device code. Add that code to your dashboard and assign it to the correct customer or location.
Publish a playlist from the dashboard. The display will cache supported media and continue running as a signage player.
Check internet, date/time, URL spelling, HTTPS certificate, server file permissions and whether the Custom App package is uploaded at the exact version path.
The player should show a device code when it is not paired. After pairing, it should show the assigned playlist or a clear message such as license suspended, license expired or playlist not assigned.
If the player does not install, pair or sync content, these checks solve most setup issues.
Confirm unknown app installation is allowed for the browser or file manager used to open the APK.
Check internet, URL spelling, HTTPS certificate, date and time, and whether the Custom App file exists at the exact path.
Restart the player, confirm internet access and make sure the app has fully loaded before pairing.
Confirm the device code was added correctly and that the display has internet access after pairing.
Make sure a playlist is assigned, the license is active and the media files are supported by the player.
Disable sleep mode, allow the app to start after reboot and keep the display connected to power and internet.
